Abstract:

Nine previously unpublished works have been published on Latin and Spanish literary texts, basically for interpretation from a political/institutional angle, although on this occasion with a view to expanding the focus to include literary approaches. The review starts at Virgil, with the curious theme of the political predictions imaginarily cast into the current of the river, along with a widely disseminated political topic. This is followed by an analysis of two contrasting forms of legally interpreting medieval epics, to then focus on a selection of short stories taken from works of political thought or on institutional matters.
