Abstract:

[en] This text contains the results of work carried out at the Iron Age site of Monte da Chan. The site had been seriously damaged due to several factors (a chapel, roads, etc.). The objective of the archaeological excavation was to evaluate the state of conservation and the degree of interest of the archaeological remains in order to design a strategy to guarantee the protection and the enhancement of the site. The project proposed an archeological excavation, a geomagnetic survey, a detailed topographic survey of the site and a survey of the surroundings.
