Abstract:

One of the major concerns of our century is to find strategies to recycle or reutilize
the growing volume of household refuse and industrial wastes, looking for
specific applications that are compatible with the characteristics of each recycled
material. This study describes a new line of research that aims to deepen our
knowledge of a particular type of paper waste so as to be able to put it to
appropriate use in the cement industry, once transformed into a pozzolanic
material.
